Similar to our VIP Star Bouquet, but the VIP is on a double stuffed balloon for a more classic look!

This bouquet includes:
- 15 helium latex 11"
- 2 helium orbz 16"
- 5 helium foil stars 18"
- 1 helium clear 18" with small balloons inside or feathers
- 1 VIP picture balloon on a helium foil star 36” OR on a helium clear double stuffed 24" with picture printing (add your photo below- make sure it's a photo with details around the face, preferably portrait mode)
