Terms, conditions, refund, and cancellation policies.

Helium Balloon Duration:
Helium balloons have an estimated duration of 8 to 12 hours. Please be aware that external factors such as weather conditions and handling may influence the actual duration. It is the client's responsibility to schedule delivery close to the intended usage time.
Balloon Quality and Liability:
We take pride in using only the highest-quality balloon products. However, once the balloons are received, we cannot assume responsibility for any popping or deflation. All sales are considered final; no refunds or cancellations will be entertained.
Delivery Fees and Responsibility:
Our delivery fees encompass the costs associated with products, weights, and materials to ensure a smooth delivery process.
In the event that the client is unavailable at the scheduled delivery address and time, we may leave the items without supervision, shifting the responsibility to the client after that.
Ownership and Rental Items:
All rental items provided by B4U Miami LLC remain our property. Moving or handling these items without written permission is prohibited.
Rental items must be returned in the same pristine condition they were received. Any damages or discrepancies may result in additional fees.
Should we arrive for the scheduled pick-up and find the items unavailable, an extra rental fee will be applied.
Credit Card Authorization:
To ensure security and prevent fraudulent activities, we may request clients to fill out a Credit Card Authorization form.
Safety:
It is essential to exercise caution with balloons, as children under 8 years old may be at risk of choking or suffocation. Adult supervision is required at all times.
To avoid potential hazards, uninflated or broken balloons should be kept away from children and discarded immediately.
Property Damage:
B4U Miami LLC does not accept liability for any damages to the client's property resulting from balloons or their installation.
Color Variation:
Please note that the colors of our products may slightly vary from what appears on screens or printed materials.
Event Cancellation:
We reserve the right to cancel the client's delivery or setup event under exceptional circumstances. In such instances, appropriate refunds will be considered.
Footage and Marketing:
We retain ownership rights to any footage captured during setups for marketing purposes, even if taken within private premises. Prior consent from the client is not required to share said footage.
Vendor Services:
B4U Miami LLC assumes no responsibility for any issues arising from services provided by external vendors. Clients must address any concerns directly with the respective vendors.
Agreement:
By proceeding with payment and using our services, clients acknowledge and agree to follow all the terms and conditions outlined above.
